MGM (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer) are owned by Sony, are very famous and have distributed many famous films such as Hannibal and The Wizard of Oz. The iconic lion roar makes people recognise it. MGM has a variety in the type of films it has distributed, for example Hannibal is a very famous horror movie which did very well and on the other side of the spectrum there is the Wizard of Oz which is fantasy and nothing close to a horror movie. I am going to keep this distributer in mind and look at other distributers.
New Line Cinema is another famous distributer and has been seen in many famous films such as, Se7en, Austin Powers, The Lord of the Rings, Wedding Crashers and also Blade. I think this is the best distributer for me because it has distributed more thriller/horror films and therefore I think it is ideal for my movie.
20th Centruy Fox is a worldwide known production company, they usually produce movies for the young and youthful. They have produced movies such as The Simpsons movie which came from a series of epidsodes and they decided to make a movie.
